SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders include free worldwide shipping.

Orders are packed and dispatched from our Australian facility within 44 hours of receiving payment. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped. Tracking activation may take 24–48 hours.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times:
Australia (metro): 2–6 business days
Australia (regional/remote): 3–10 business days
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Asia–Pacific: 6–12 business days
North America: 7–15 business days
Europe: 7–15 business days
Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Once delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you.

If your parcel is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located, please check with neighbours, building management, or your local post office before contacting us.

If your parcel is returned as undeliverable, we can reship it for the cost of postage or refund the product price (excluding shipping) once returned in sellable condition.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind except where required by law.

If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@flowfourforces.com.
Include your order number, photographs of the packaging and item, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund once your claim is assessed.

For approved returns, you will be provided with instructions and a return address. Returns must be packaged in the original or equivalent protective packaging. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

PRIVACY AND COOKIES

We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order: your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details.

Your data may be shared with payment processors, shipping carriers, and our e-commerce platform solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order or preventing fraud. Records are retained only as required for legal, tax, or operational purposes.

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. International orders may incur import duties, customs fees, or local taxes (including VAT or GST), which are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or shipping restrictions. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If you reside outside Australia, your local consumer protection laws may also apply.

To the extent permitted by law, Summate Studio Press is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or from your purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
